Returns:
You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Initiate your return by emailing our customer service team at support@thejacketnation.com. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Instructions: We'll provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using your preferred carrier. Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions:
